KEYNOTE

Dr Subhash Kaushik is the Director General of Central Council for Research in Homoeopathy since 16 th February 2022. He is responsible for the Council’s research policy, planning, execution and administrative functions. Under his leadership, CCRH is undertaking several clinical research studies and collaborating with homoeopathic medical colleges and institutes of nationa.l repute.

Starting his career as a Junior Research Fellow in the Council, he has amassed around 32 years of rich research and clinical experience. Dr Kaushik has played a key role in the development, design, implementation, and publication of clinical research and clinical verification studies. He has been actively involved in research on COVID-19 prevention and treatment in a tertiary care setting, as well as studies in respiratory and dermatological disorders. Over the years, he has managed and treated lakhs of patients through his clinical practice at Homoeopathic Treatment. Centre, Safdarjung Hospital, the OPD of Dr. D.P. Rastogi Central Research Institute for Homoeopathy (DDPRCRIH), and CGHS Wellness centre, Supreme Court of India.

He served as the Hospital In-charge of DDPRCRIH Noida. Prior to this, he held key responsibilities as OPD and IPD In-charge at the hospital and Hindi Liaison Officer at the institute. Over the course of his career, he served as Chief Public Information Officer, Noda Public Grievance Officer, Chairman of the Central Purchase Committee, member of selection committees for various technical, administrative, and paramedical posts, and as Hindi Sampark Adhikari at the CCRH headquarters.

He has over 110 publications to his credit in peer-reviewed journals and books. research journals. He has organised and participated in more than 200 training programs, seminars, and conferences, and has been an active speaker on radio & television on Homoeopathy. Under his leadership, CCRH is conducting an all-time high number of research projects in various domains. He has signed more than 200 MoUs with various organisations of national repute for research development and cooperation.

In addition to his PhD in Homoeopathy, he holds a graduate degree in Biology and a post-graduate degree in business administration. He was awarded the WHO Fellowship (2016-17) on “Statistical Methods for Epidemiological and Clinical Research” at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, UK.
